for participating organizations and educators
• Facilitate or present at least one educational program
each semester at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts
• Facilitate or present at least one distance learning program
each semester utilizing the technology in the Globe-News Center
for the Performing Arts
• Publish and maintain a database of educational opportunities
offered by arts, science, and cultural organizations in the Texas
Panhandle
• Work with educators and participating organizations to
develop an array of educational opportunities that are curriculum
based and TEKS aligned
• Maintain a positive working relationship with consulting
organizations such as Big Thought Dallas
• Provide funding to participating schools
• Effectively and efficiently increase the number of participating
schools
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with school
officials including superintendents, principals, teachers, curriculum
specialists, and site coordinators

Board members of area arts, science and cultural organizations

• Look for ways to develop internships and dual credit classes
