| There will be one public performance
on Sept. 7 with an option of a barbecue dinner and theatre or
just the theatre performance. Tickets will be sold through Panhandle
Tickets 378-3096. |

Through songs and readings, John Erickson brings to life the
characters from his award-winning Hank the Cowdog series of
books and audio books. Teachers and librarians who are trying
to promote the joy of reading and encourage the reluctant reader
have found their students respond well to Mr. Erickson's performances
which include readings from the books and performing the songs
that are contained throughout the series. Hank the Cowdog is
now a national character. |

Students will have an opportunity to enjoy a 60 minute
program of fun and entertainment through songs and readings
as John Erickson brings to life the characters from his award-winning
Hank the Cowdog series of books and audio books. Children will
be able to pre-order the books through their school (partnership
with Barnes & Noble Booksellers), and whet their appetites
for the joy of reading. |
